Terms and conditions

 

1. Business Model

The Hair Parcel is an independent retailer of professional haircare and grooming products.

Some brands are directly imported by The Hair Parcel. Other products are sourced from authorised EU and non-EU distributors for resale.

The Hair Parcel is not the manufacturer of the products sold unless explicitly stated.

 

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock discrepancies.

 

3. Product Information & Liability

Product descriptions and images are for reference only. Packaging or minor labeling differences may occur due to manufacturer updates.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and ensuring product suitability before use.

The Hair Parcel shall not be liable for allergic reactions, misuse, dissatisfaction with results, or manufacturer formulation changes.

 

4. Delivery & Transfer of Responsibility

All deliveries are carried out directly by The Hair Parcel.

Once the product is handed directly to the customer (or to a person at the agreed delivery location), responsibility transfers immediately to the customer.

As deliveries are made personally and without third-party handlers, The Hair Parcel is not responsible for damage, loss, or improper storage occurring after handover.

 

5. Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless proven faulty.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return approval is at the discretion of The Hair Parcel.

 

6. Faulty Claims

Any claims for defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or replacement.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.
